The Pragmatic Improvement Team comprises NHS clinicians and leaders who have held senior posts at provider, system, and national levels. We bring extensive knowledge and expertise in improvement methodology grounded in our hands-on patient flow experience within the NHS and overseas. Our approach is rooted in the belief that sustained improvement is achieved through creating psychological safety and empowering teams to excel in a supportive environment.
